For more than 25 years Technical Airborne Components Industries, also known as TAC, has manufactured rods for the aerospace industry. TAC supplies all kind of rods. Initially the rods were mainly aluminium rods. With the time TAC has developped know how which enables us to produce rods in all type of material from aluminium to composite including stainless steel and titanium. Titanium is also the material of the 1st ever fully swaged heavy duty rod shown on the picture which TAC is manufacturing for the A340 500/600.

Besides the rods which remain its core business TAC is also developping and manufacturing accessories and their parts linked to the rods application. The picture shows a bracket used as a vital part in a helicopter, this part is subject to heavy loads and a tough environment. The material is triple remelt Titanium.
